摘要:山药是经常出现在我们餐桌上的一道家常菜,他不仅味道鲜美,而且营养价值也很高,但是食物有相生,也有相克性,而山药也不例外。

而且山药也有适合跟不适合人群之分的,比如:适宜糖尿病患者、腹胀、病后虚弱者、慢性肾炎患者、长期腹泻者。大便燥结者不宜食用;另外有实邪者忌食山药。
